Graduates of the Electromechancial Technician Certificate program can continue their studies towards an undergraduate degree through the following options:

Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management

George Brown College and Bemidji State University have partnered to offer a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management degree. All courses are offered through video-conferencing and students are required to attend classes at George Brown College once every three weeks.

Students who have graduated with an Electronics Engineering Technician diploma are required to complete the Electromechanical Technician Certificate and Programmable Logic Controllers Technician Certificate and additional liberal arts courses to qualify for admission into the program.

Applied Science Degree

George Brown College and Allen County Community College have partnered to offer an Applied Science degree from Allen County Community College. To receive an Associate of Applied Science degree, you will need to successfully complete the Electronics and Electromechanical Technician Certificate programs offered through George Brown College then enrol and successfully complete 15 credit hours of Allen County Community College general education courses.
